Professional Valve Service Ltd. provides a complete valve service meeting the needs of Chemical Plants, Rubber Plants, Gas Plants, Pipelines, Steam Generating Plants, Paper Mills and Steel Mills. Located in the industrial section of Sarnia Ontario, Professional Valve Service Ltd's facility is based on a 4 acre secured lot. The primary workshop is 6000 sq. ft large and is attached to our 2500 sq. ft office and storage facility. Outside of the primary workshop we have a 750 sq. ft sandblast unit, 650 sq. ft paint booth, 1500 sq. ft disassembly building, 2400 sq. ft storage building and 2000 sq. ft of container storage. New for 2009 we will be adding another 2400 sq. ft of storage space and a 5-ton overhead crane. With over 30 years experience throughout North America, PVS knows the high cost of valve replacement and more importantly the economics of valve refurbishment and repairs. |
Our highly trained valve technicians supervise and provide the complete repair and overhaul service covering all makes of gate, globe, plug, check, ball, control, pressure reducing, safety relief and Teflon lined valves. Valves come in a large variety of sizes and pressure ranges. For this reason Professional Valve Service Ltd. has developed a vast array of fixtures for repair and testing of industrial valves. From our 1" gate valve seat-resurfacing machine to our 56" seat and gate resurfacing machine, we have the equipment and man power to take on any size job. Valves serviced and maintained on a regular basis by Professional Valves specially designed grinding, testing and lubrication equipment can benefit from extended valve life of three to five times. Crews of trained technicians supervise the complete repair, overhaul and reclamation of all types of valves.
